摘要
六氟丙酮是一种重要的工业含氟化合物,是合成有机氟化合物的重要中间体。它已被广泛应用于医药、农药、纺织、航天、微电子和合成材料等高科技领域,比如作为单体用于制备合成树脂、合成橡胶等,或者用作双酚AF等交联剂的中间体。现有的制备方法中,主要有六氯丙酮氟化法、六氟丙烯(HFP)氧化法、八氟异丁烯(PFIB)氧化法、六氟环氧丙烷(HFPO)重排法等。对HFA的制备研究进展进行了综述。
Hexafluoroacetone is an important industrial fluorochemical and an important intermediate for the synthesis of organic fluoric compounds. Hexafluoroacetone is widely used in high-tech fields, such as medicines, agrochemicals, textile, aerospace, microelectronics and synthetic materials. For example, it is used as a monomer for the production of synthetic resin and synthetic rubber, or as an intermediate for crosslinking agents such as bisphenol AF. Currently, hexafluoroacetone can be prepared by fluorination of hexachloroacetone, oxidation of hexafluoropropylene (HFP ), oxidation of octafluoroisobuten (PFIB ), isomerization of hexafluoropropylene oxide (HFPO ) and so on. The methods of preparing hexafluoroacetone were reviewed.
