摘要
新媒体治理本质上是对新媒体内外部生态系统进行重新“战略布局”的过程。本文用“生态学”的相关概念界定新媒体生态系统的基本构成要素,从新媒体现状及涌现的问题入手,分析当前治理所面临的困境,在此基础上提出以生态学理念“统领”治理全局,并以此为关照进行“新媒体协同治理”,实现改善新媒体生态环境并促进其良性循环的目标。
The governance of new media is essentially a process that reorganizes the internal and external ecosystems of new media. This paper uses the related concepts in ecology to define the basic elements of the new media ecosystem, and analyses the problems of the new media governance. Furthermore, this paper proposes to carry out the collaborative governance of new media based on ecological concepts and ideas, so as to achieve the goal of improving the ecosystem of new media.
