三维柔性碳纤维纳米复合材料的制备及其电容性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用水热法在碳纤维布基底上负载V2O5纳米线阵列构筑三维结构的纳米复合材料,以其作为超级电容器的正极材料。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、循环伏安(CV)、恒电流充放电和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对V2O5样品的形貌、组成和电化学性能进行测试表征。实验结果表明纳米复合材料的比表面积大幅度提升,增加了电子和离子间传递效率,对改善材料电化学性能有良好作用。 V2O5 nanomaterials were synthesized by hydrothermal method and used as cathode materials for supercapacitors. The morphology, composition and electrochemical properties of V2O5 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM ), X-ray diffraction (XRD ), cyclic voltammetry (CV ), constant current charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS ). It was found that the specific surface area of the material was greatly increased by loading vanadium oxide, which increased the electron and ion transfer efficiency and had a good effect on improving the electrochemical properties of the material.
