摘要
以凹凸棒土作载体,硫酸氧钛、硫酸锌及碳酸铵为原料,采用液相合成法制备负载纳米ZnO-TiO2凹凸棒土(ATP/ZnO-TiO2)复合粉体,借助XRD、FT-IR、TEM、EDS、UV-Vis对样品的组成结构、形貌和尺寸、表面化学成分、光吸收性能进行了表征。XRD、TEM、EDS结果表明:ZnO-TiO2均匀、牢固的负载到凹凸棒土上,ZnO-TiO2平均粒径为10nm,TiO2晶型为锐钛矿型;450℃煅烧后复合粉体中才开始出现ZnO;700℃煅烧后TiO2仍未发生从锐钛矿向金红石型的晶型转变。
With attapulgite as the carrier, titanyl sulfate, zinc sulfate and ammonium carbonate as source materials, ATP/ZnO-TiO 2 nano-composite powders were prepared by liquid state process. The phase structure, morphology, size, surface chemical composition and optical absorption properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectrometer, Transmission electron microscope, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy and UV-visible spectrophotometer, respectively. XRD, TEM and EDS results showed that ZnO-TiO 2 particles were mounted uniformly on the attapulgite with strong bonds, the average diameter of ZnO-TiO 2 was 10 nm, and TiO 2 was anatase type. ZnO began to appear in the composite powder after calcination at 450 ℃. After calcination at 700 ℃, the crystal phase of the powder still did not shift from anatase to rutile.
