全面依法治国视域下我国社会的诚信与法治建设研究

为了更好的促进社会主义各项事业全面、规范、有序发展,党的十八大报告明确指出了全面依法治国的本质和要求,明确提出法治建设在促进社会事业发展方面的重要保障功能。因此,全面依法治国,实现法治社会建设目标,就要加大法制建设力度,强化法制在社会事务管理和社会成员行为规制方面的功能,也要加强社会诚信建设,完善社会诚信体系,强化信用惩戒和引导作用,同时,不断开展系列的国民道德教育活动,提升国民的道德修养和道德信仰,增强国民的法治意识、规则意识,从而推动我国依法治国进程,实现全面依法治国目标。

Promise-breaking behaviors violate law and moral standards, and do harm to the order of society. The Report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) presents the target of ruling the country by law and morality. The construction of rule of law in China requires strengthening the role of law in the management of society and ideological and moral education to cultivate citizens’ awareness of rule of law and morality, and carrying out a variety of activities to inherit and develop traditional Chinese culture, so as to enhance the morality and belief of people. All the above-mentioned measures will be helpful for the construction of rule of law and honest society in China.
