摘要
采用气相色谱法测定含乳饮料中甜蜜素的含量,根据该实验整个检测过程分析确定了标准物质、样品制备过程和测量重复性为该方法不确定度的主要引入来源。通过对各不确定度分量进行评定和量化,结果表明该方法不确定度主要来源于标准物质引入的不确定度。以此为基础合成了该方法标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,含乳饮料中甜蜜素的含量结果最终可以表示为(0.3681±0.021)g/kg,k=2。
The content of cyclamate in milk-containing beverages was determined by gas chromatography. According to the whole testing process of the experiment, the standard materials, sample preparation process and measurement repeatability were the main sources of uncertainty for the method. By evaluating and quantifying the uncertainty components, the results showed that the uncertainty of the method was mainly derived from the uncertainty introduced by the reference materials. Based on this, the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the method were synthesized. The results of cyclamate in milk-containing beverages can be expressed as (0.3681±0.021 ) g/kg, k=2.
