除尘灰是钢铁冶炼过程中产生的细小颗粒状物质,其中含有多种有价元素,堆积不用造成资源的浪费,且污染环境。在国家倡导节能减排,发展循环经济的环境下,对除尘灰的有效的利用意义重大。除尘灰的治理方案要根据每个企业的实际情况进行技术、经济对比分析而定。归纳总结了几种除尘灰的处理利用方法,通过工艺方法介绍笔者认为球团法治理除尘灰具有较为广泛的适应性。

Dust is a kind of fine granular material produced in the process of iron and steel smelting, which contains a variety of valuable elements. The accumulation will waste resources and pollute the environment. Under the environment of advocating energy saving and emission reduction and developing circular economy, the effective use of dust ash is of great significance. The dust treatment scheme should be based on the actual situation of each enterprise for technical and economic comparison analysis. Several methods for dust removal were summarized, and through the introduction of technological methods, it was considered that the pellet method had a wide adaptability for the treatment of dust.
