风送系统螺杆压缩机运行状况分析及优化

摘要 针对宁煤集团205万吨/年聚烯烃生产装置产品分送系统双螺杆压缩机运行现状进行分析,结合装置生产实际,对压缩机运行过程中出现的进出口温差大、空载背压低、细粉夹带、凝结水等问题提出了相应的优化措施,降低了压缩机运行成本,保证生产装置的稳定运行,为生产装置提高生产效率和产量打下良好的挤出。为聚烯烃行业风送系统的优化提供宝贵的参考意见。 The actual operation status of the twin-screw compressor of the 2050 kt/year polyolefin production equipment distribution system of Ningmei Group was analyzed. Combined with the actual production of the equipment, corresponding optimization measures were put forward for the problems of large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet, low no-load back pressure, fine powder entrainment and condensed water during the operation of the compressor, which would reduce the operating cost of the compressor, ensure the stable operation of the production equipment, and lay a good extrusion for the production equipment to improve production efficiency and output. It would provide valuable reference for the optimization of the air delivery system in the polyolefin industry.
