摘要 经过对于常用于石化中的塔设备内的部件,液体分布器进行分析对比,选取了应用广泛的槽式分布器,研制了一种性能优良的槽式液体分布器,并在生产中进行的应用。从而能够对此类设备的操作,设计,使用过程中出现的问题,得出清晰的分析方向。以便使改良后的分布器,能够大量投入生产,发挥出更高的经济效益。同时也解决长期以来,分布器做为各个公司的核心技术,技术人员交流过少,造成信息不能共享,工作中缺少可以参考的经验,数据的问题。 High performance liquid distributor is the guarantee of high efficiency of tower equipment, and the influence of distributor on packing and tray efficiency plays a very key role. The liquid distributor, which was often used in petrochemical industry, was analyzed comprehensively. Many kinds of liquid distributor were compared, and the slot distributor, which was widely used, was discussed in detail. Through the theoretical analysis and practical test of the key data such as the height of the slot body, the operation elasticity, the diameter of the liquid distribution hole and the density of the liquid distribution hole, and the requirements of the uniformity of the liquid distribution at large flow rate, the type liquid distributor with excellent performance was recommended. The improved tank liquid distributor has been tested in practice to meet the performance requirements. At the same time, it can also solve the problem that the distributor is the core technology of each company for a long time, and the technical personnel communicate too little, resulting in the information can not be shared and lack of reference experience and data in the work.
