社会工作教育介入本土扶贫实践与反思——以S高校为例

The Involvement of Social work Education in the Practice and Reflection of Poverty Alleviation in China——Taking the University of S as an Example

从精准扶贫提出以来,社会工作以其反贫理论、实务方法介入到农村精准扶贫的工作中去,并取得一定的成效。高校作为社会工作的创办者和教育者,对社会工作的发展起到至关重要的作用。社会工作教育介入精准扶贫工作,能够依托高校智库、青年学生并联合专业社工机构开展扶贫工作,在一定程度上得到政府和学界的支持。实践实习强调理论和实际相结合,注重实践反思再实践,因而以S高校参与社会工作教育扶贫实践现状为例,聚焦社工教育扶贫中行动和改变,探讨由政策性扶贫到本土化扎根的实践经验与困境启示,以期加强社会工作教育扶贫的效果,引起更多学者展开深入研究,总结扶贫成果和实务经验。

Since the precise poverty alleviation was put forward, social work has been involved in the work of accurate poverty alleviation in rural areas with its anti- poverty theory and practical methods, and some results have been achieved. As the founder and educator of social work, colleges and universities play an important role in the development of social work. The involvement of social work in colleges and universities in precision poverty alleviation can rely on university think tanks, young students and unite with professional social work institutions to carry out poverty alleviation work, which is supported by the government and academic circles to a certain extent. Taking the present situation of poverty alleviation practice in social work education in S colleges and universities as an example, the author focuses on the actions and changes in social work education poverty alleviation, and probes into the change from policy poverty alleviation to localization. Rooted practical experience and predicament enlightenment, in order to strengthen the practice of social work education, cause more scholars to carry out in-depth research results and practical experience.
