KAP16基因在苏博美利奴羊毛囊发育不同时期及不同组织中的表达分析 被引量:1

Analysis of KAP16 Gene Expression in Different Stages of Hair Follicles Development and Different Tissues in Subo Merino Sheep

摘要 此研究旨在探讨KAP16基因在绵羊毛囊中的分子生物学功能。试验采用实时荧光定量PCR方法分析了苏博美利奴羊毛囊发育的2个关键时期(胚胎期65d和135d)KAP16基因在心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、肌肉及皮肤中的表达量。结果显示:在胚胎期65d中,KAP16基因在心脏、肝脏、脾脏及肾脏中的表达量显著高于其他3个组织(P<0.05);而在胚胎期135d中,KAP16基因在皮肤中的表达量极显著高于其他6个组织(P<0.01),并且随着毛囊的逐渐成熟,KAP16基因在皮肤中的表达量也逐步增加。试验结果为进一步研究超细型细毛羊毛囊发育提供了理论依据。 To study the relative expression of KAP16 gene in different periods and tissues of Subo Merino Sheep, the expression of KAP16 gene in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and muscle at two critical developmental stages of Subo Merino wool follicle ( 65 days and 135 days of embryonic stage) was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR. SPSS 19.0 software was used to test the expression of KAP16 gene in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and muscle. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the expression of KAP16 gene in the heart, liver, spleen and kidney was significantly higher than that in the other three tissues at 65 days of embryonic stage, while the expression of KAP16 gene in skin was significantly higher than that in other six tissues at 135 days of embryonic stage, and with the maturation of hair follicles, the expression of KAP16 gene in skin increased gradually.The study provides a theoretical basis for screening candidate genes related to fine wool follicle development.
