微生物发酵饲料对母猪繁殖性能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为了研究微生物发酵饲料对母猪繁殖性能的影响,本试验选择胎次相近、体况相近、且健康状况良好的母猪24头,随机分成2组,每组12个重复,分别饲喂基础饲料(对照组)和微生物有益菌发酵饲料(试验组)。结果表明:微生物发酵饲料可显著提高母猪妊娠中期和后期的采食量(P<0.05),且有提高母猪背膘厚的趋势;试验组母猪与对照组相比,窝均产仔数提高了11%,产活仔数提高了16%,初生窝重提高了11%,试验组仔猪各生产性能相比对照组均有提升,其中断奶窝重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组母猪妊娠期血清谷丙转氨酶含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠前期和妊娠中期血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。总体而言,微生物发酵饲料可提高母猪的免疫性能和繁殖性能,有利于母猪健康。 In order to study the effects of microbial fermented feed on sow production and reproduction, 24 sows with similar parity, similar body condition and good health were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, with 12 in each group, and respectively fed basic feed (control group) and microbial beneficial bacteria fermented feed (trial group). The results showed that during the gestation period of the sow, the feed intake of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group, especially in the middle and late pregnancy( P <0.05);the microbial fermented feed had the tendency to increase the backfat thickness of the sow;compared with sows in the control group. The number of born piglets of sows in the trial group increased by 11%, the number of alive piglets by 16% and the birth litter weight by 11%;the growth performance of piglets in the trial group was improved compared with the control group, and the weaning litter weight was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01);the serum alanine aminotransferase content in the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P < 0.05 );the serum total protein and globulin content of the trial group in the pre-pregnancy and mid-pregnancy were both significantly higher compared with the control group ( P <0.05). In general, microbial fermented feed can improve the immune performance and reproductive performance of sows, which is beneficial to the health of sow.
