新疆畜间布鲁氏菌病免疫评估与防控模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验区在2015年全面开展畜间布鲁氏菌病流行病学摸底调查的基础上,经过连续3年布鲁氏菌病M5和A19弱毒苗的强制免疫和新生畜、孕畜等未免畜补免工作的实施,“以点带面、集中连片”,逐渐向全区净化过渡。2018年按照布鲁氏菌病免疫抗体消长规律,对试验区布鲁氏菌病免疫期间隔10个月以上的牛羊逐群逐片按比例进行畜间布鲁氏菌病阳性检测,与2015年试验区域牛羊布鲁氏菌病摸底调查的数据进行对比评估。结果显示,牛布鲁氏菌病阳性感染率由2015年的4.27%下降到2018年的3.04%,羊布鲁氏菌病阳性感染率由2015年的6.24%下降到2018年的3.24%,试验区牛羊布鲁氏菌病阳性率整体呈现下降趋势,试验区牛羊布鲁氏菌病感染传播的上升趋势得到了有效控制。 On the basis of a comprehensive investigation of the epidemiological survey of inter-animal disease in 2015, the work was carried out in the experimental area that bovine and sheep were taken forced immunization of brucellosis M5 and A19 attenuated vaccines for 3 years, and the newborns and the pregnant that didn't receive immunization were also immunized. In 2018, according to the law of the growth and decline of brucellosis immune antibodies in the disease area, the sheep and cattle which were separated for 10 months in the test area were detected for positive brucellosis , and then the data were evaluated by comparing with that of the 2015. The results showed that the positive rate of brucellosis of cattle decreased from 4.27% in 2015 to 3.04% in 2018, and that of the sheep decreased from 6.24% in 2015 to 3.24% in 2018. The positive rate showed a downward trend as a whole, and the rising trend of brucellosis in the test area was effectively controlled.
