摘要
近年来,核苷酸在婴幼儿配方乳粉中广泛应用,本文总结了婴幼儿配方乳粉中核苷酸含量检测的相关技术及应用情况,并详细介绍了核苷酸检测样品前处理过程及检测方法的研究进展。前处理方法主要有沉淀法、固相萃取法和快速溶剂萃取法三大类,其中固相萃取法去干扰能力更强,适用范围更广。检测方法主要有高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-串联质谱法和离子色谱法。固相萃取净化-高效液相色谱法是目前比较理想的检测婴幼儿配方乳粉中5种核苷酸含量的方法,而简单提取净化-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法将会是今后核苷酸含量检测研究的重点方向。本文通过对婴幼儿配方乳粉中核苷酸检测技术的文献综述,对其发展前景予以展望分析,旨在为婴幼儿配方乳粉的质量监控和研究提供参考和依据。
In recent years,nucleotides were widely used in infant formula milk powder.The technique and application situation of nucleotide content detection in infant formula milk powder,including pre-treatment process and detection methods,were summarized.The pre-treatment methods mainly include precipitation methods,solid phase extraction (SPE) and rapid solvent extraction methods.SPE methods had stronger interference resistance and wider application range.The detection methods mainly include high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),HPLC-MS/MS and ion chromatography(IC).SPE-HPLC was an ideal method for five nucleotide contents detection in infant formula milk powder.Simple extraction-HPLC-MS/MS will be the key direction of future research on nucleotide detection. In order to provide the basis and reference for the monitoring and research of infant formula mild powder,the research progress of nucleotide detection methods was introduced,and the development of nucleotide detection technology in infant formula milk powder was prospected.
