摘要 商业模式结构特性、市场竞争战略与企业绩效是创新创业与战略研究领域中新兴的重要议题。基于商业模式容量大小和密封程度二维属性,通过对182家医药上市企业的实证研究发现:有效的商业模式策略能够帮助企业在成本领先战略的前提下塑造其价值容量空间,并在差异化战略的导向下积累其价值密封能力。研究证实了好的商业模式能够带来顾客行为和合作者行为的双重可预见性,从而为企业发展塑造独特的战略情景,进而使得企业可以获得或保持高水平绩效。 The structural characteristics of business model,market competition strategies and corporate performance are emerging issues in the field of innovation and strategy research.Based on the twodimensional attributes of business model capacity and business model tightness,this empirical research on 182 pharmaceutical listed companies found that appropriate business model strategies can help enterprises shape their value capacity space under the premise of cost leadership strategy and accumulate their value sealing ability under the guidance of differentiated strategy.The research confirmed that a good business model could lead to predictability of customer behavior and predictability of collaborator behavior,creating a unique strategic scenario for business development that enables companies to achieve or maintain high levels of performance.
