摘要 选用实验室自有菌株,选择5μL、10μL、15μL三种不同体积菌悬液,采用夹层法制备海水BOD微生物传感器,通过测试,了解菌悬液体积对传感器性能的影响,并在最佳条件下测试传感器的性能。实验结果表明:这三种规格的传感器均能满足海水BOD在线监测的需要,从传感器性能和菌悬液使用量等方面考虑,10μL菌悬液制备的微生物膜是最优膜。最优膜组装的传感器在重现性、测量范围及使用寿命等性能指标完全能够满足海水BOD的测定。 The laboratory-owned microorganism were selected,and three different volumes of bacterial suspensions,5 μL,10 μL and 15 μL,were selected to prepare seawater BOD microbial sensors by sandwich method.Through testing,the effect of bacterial suspension volume on sensor performance was understood,and the sensor performance was tested under the optimal conditions.The experimental results show that the sensors of the three specifications can meet the needs of on-line monitoring of seawater BOD.Considering the sensor performance and the usage of bac-terial suspension,the microbial membrane prepared from 10 μL bacterial suspension is the optimal membrane.The performance indexes of the sensor assembled by the optimal membrane,such as repeatability,measurement range and service life,can completely meet the determination of seawater BOD.
