摘要
南宋朱子是中国历史上著名的教育家,理学的集大成者,也是一位值得称道的美食家。他继承并发展了孔子倡导的儒家饮食思想理论,构建了独具特色的饮食文化体系。朱子的饮食之道体现在四个方面:饮食的正确态度在于明天理,灭人欲;饮食之礼在于持诚敬,守食制;饮食之养在于务求精致、洁净,合时令,食适量;饮食之美在于阴阳平衡,致中和,品诗意。
Zhu Zi was an educator and the master of Neo-Confucianism in the Southern Song Dynasty as well as a commendable gourmet in Chinese history. He inherited and developed Confucian dietary thought which was advocated by Confucius, and established a unique dietary culture system. Zhu Zi’s way of diet was embodied in four aspects: the correct attitude of diet lies in understanding heavenly reason and extinguishing earthly desire;the etiquette of eating is to follow the rules of etiquette with sincerity and respect and comply with dietary etiquette;the way of regimen for diet is exquisite, clean,timely and controlled food intake;the beauty of the diet lies in the balance of Yin and Yang, resulting in neutrality and adding poetry to diet.
