干休所门诊部临床用药存在的问题与解决对策

Problems and countermeasures of clinical drug use in outpatient department of cadres’ sanatorium

目的探索干休所门诊部临床用药患者在用药中存在的问题并讨论解决的对策,观察解决对策在临床实践中的应用效果。方法选取干休所门诊部2017年2月~2019年2月150例未使用解决对策进行临床用药的患者作为对照组,另取同期150例使用解决对策进行临床用药的患者作为实验组。观察比较两组用药错误发生情况以及用药满意度。结果实验组的用药错误发生率18.00%明显低于对照组的28.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组用药满意度97.33%明显高于对照组的90.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用适当的解决措施可有效减少干休所门诊部临床用药存在的问题,因此适用于临床用药安全的推广。

Objective To investigate the problems existing in clinical drug use in outpatient department of cadres’ sanatorium and discuss its countermeasures, and observe the application effect of the countermeasures in clinical practice, with patients receiving treatment and clinical medication in three outpatient clinics in the past 2 years selected as subjects. Methods There were 150 patients who did not use the countermeasures for clinical drug use from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the control group, and 150 patients who used the countermeasures for clinical drug use in the same period as the experimental group. Results The incidence of medication errors 18.00% in the experimental group was obviously lower than 28.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The patients’ satisfaction with medication 97.33% in the experimental group was obviously higher than 90.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Appropriate countermeasures can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical drug use problems in outpatient departments of cadres’ sanatorium, so it is suitable for the promotion of drug safety.
