早期护理干预对婴幼儿泪囊炎行泪道置管术后脱管的影响

Effect of early nursing intervention on detachment of lacrimal duct after lacrimal duct catheterization in infants with dacryocystitis

目的探讨早期护理干预对婴幼儿泪囊炎行泪道置管术后脱管的影响。方法 155例(258眼)行泪道置管术治疗的婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿,均给予早期护理干预,观察分析155例患儿的治疗效果、患儿家属护理依从性以及术后脱管发生情况。结果 155例(258眼)患儿均治愈,住院期间及出院后家属护理依从155例,不依从0例,护理依从性为100%。未有患儿因护理不当发生术后脱管问题,均于术后2~4周于门诊取管。结论早期护理干预能够增加婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿家属的护理依从性,减少术后脱管的发生。

Objective To discuss the effect of early nursing intervention on detachment of lacrimal duct after lacrimal duct catheterization in infants with dacryocystitis. Methods A total of 155 infants(258 eyes) with dacryocystitis all treated by lacrimal duct catheterization and received early nursing intervention. The therapeutic effect, nursing compliance of children’s family members and occurrence of detachment after poeration was observed and analyzed. Results 155 cases(258 eyes) were cured, During hospitalization and after discharge, there were 155 cases of nursing compliance and 0 case of non-compliance, with nursing compliance as 100%. None of the children suffered from tube detachment due to improper nursing. The tube was removed at the clinic after 2-4 weeks of operation. Conclusion Early nursing intervention can increase the nursing compliance of family members of infants with dacryocystitis and reduce the occurrence of detachment after poeration.
