我国大规模英语测试的伦理体系建构

On the Construction of Ethical System in Large-scale English Tests

语言测试伦理体系的建构既关乎测试活动的伦理,又关乎测试相关者的伦理,更在于问责制的推行。我国大规模英语测试伦理体系的构建应该包括2方面:一是健全测试实施过程中的规章制度和操作规程,推行依法治考;二是制定测试相关者职业道德规范和行为准则,提升其伦理素养。在此基础上,建立一套测试问责机制,确保测试伦理价值的充分展现。

On the basis of summarizing the ethical connotation of large-scale English tests worldwide,this paper finds that the construction of ethical connotation of large-scale English tests is not only related to the ethics of testing activities,but also to the ethics of stakeholders,and furthermore,to the implementation of accountability system.Therefore,the construction of a scientific ethical system for large-scale English tests in China should include the following two aspects:Firstly,in the context of government managing in accordance with law in China,from the perspective ofinstitutionalethics,itis importantto improve the rules and regulations in the process oftesting implementation;secondly,it is necessary to formulate professional ethics and codes of conduct for stakeholders,so as to enhance the ethics literacy of stakeholders;thirdly,establishing and improving the accountability mechanism can promote test accountability,and ensure the ethical value of large-scale English tests in China.
