基于传统数字图像处理的钢轨裂纹检测 被引量:1

摘要 钢轨作为铁路行车的基础设备,承载着整个列车的重量。钢轨的质量完好对行车安全起着重要的作用。当前铁路工务部门主体上采用超声波对钢轨进行探伤,该方法设备复杂、效率低下。尤其是钢轨裂纹缺陷,如果不能及时发现会导致列车运行事故的发生,针对此问题,提出了一种钢轨裂纹检测方法,利用传统的数字图像处理手段,对钢轨裂纹图像进行提取,速度快、效率高。
