职业院校大学生意外伤害事件预防处置策略

Strategy for Prevention and Disposal of Accidental Injury for Vocational College Students

职业院校面对来之不易的生源和特殊的周边环境,剖析和预防大学生发生意外伤害事故,筑牢校园一级治安防范体系,实施校园平安管控群防群治激励机制,提高大学生安全教育、警示教育和预知危险能力具有非常重要的现实意义。文中通过治安联防软硬件建设、综合治理法制建设,如何营造校园和谐稳定的新格局,对预防处置大学生意外伤害事件具有指导意义。

The vocational colleges face the situation of difficulty in obtaining source of students and special surrounding environment,it is of practical significance to elaborate and prevent college students’accidental injury,build a first-class public security protection system in campus,implement the incentive mechanism of group prevention and control for safe management and control of campuses and improve the college students’safety education,warning education and hazard forecast ability.In this paper,through the construction of software and hardware of joint defense for public security and legal construction of comprehensive governance,we know how to create a new pattern of harmony and stability of campus,which is of guiding significance to prevent and dispose of accidental injury of college students.
