中国传统文化观问题是近代以来特别是21世纪以来人们普遍关注和讨论的热点问题。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对中国传统文化问题作了全面系统的论述和阐发,不仅形成以传统文化本质观、价值观和价值实现观为基本内涵的新时代中国传统文化观,而且为正确认识和科学对待中国传统文化提供了科学的理论指导。而如果说其理论价值主要体现在为正确认识和科学对待中国传统文化提供了世界历史性的理论视域,实现了对古今中西关系问题百年论争的时代回应和历史超越的话,那么,其实践意义则主要体现在为形塑正确传统文化观,为坚定“四个自信”提供了新的可能的路径和方法,为中国传统文化的价值实现及其创造性转化、创新性发展指明了前进的方向并开辟了广阔的道路。

The View of traditional Chinese culture has aroused great concern and been a hot issue lately,especially after 2000.After the 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party,President Xi has elaborated systematically and completely on Traditional Chinese culture,which has provided the essence,value and value realization as the fundamental content of traditional Chinese culture in the new era,but also presented scientific theory for understanding it properly and taking it scientifically.It has provided a world and historical perspective for understanding traditional Chinese culture properly and scientifically,for how to respond to and transcend the controversy of centuries.Its practical value lies in shaping the proper view of traditional culture,in providing new possible paths and methods for adhering to“Matters Confidence”,and providing the direction for the value realization,transformation and development of traditional Chinese culture.
