摘要
本文针对我国隧道工程的特殊环境,研究安全氛围在工人心理资本与安全行为关系中的跨层调节作用。在查找有关高危行业下的工人心理资本维度文章的基础上,确定适合隧道工程环境下的工人心理资本构成。通过文献研究和问卷调查收集数据,利用结构方程建模方法,构建以安全氛围为调节变量的心理资本对安全行为影响的跨层次理论模型,以310名隧道工人为研究样本,运用SPSS22.0、HLM6.0和Mplus7.0检验理论模型和相应的研究假设。研究结果表明:自我效能、韧性、自我调节和冷静对安全行为有显著正向影响,在这些影响关系中,冷静对安全行为的影响强度最高;安全氛围在自我效能、韧性、自我调节和冷静与工人安全行为之间的关系中起着显著调节作用,其中,安全氛围对冷静与安全行为关系的调节作用最显著。
Based on the special environment of tunnel engineering in China,this paper studies the cross-level moderate effects of the safety climate in the relationship between workers’psychological capital and safety behavior.On the basis of finding articles on the psychological capital dimension of workers in high-risk environments,the composition of workers’psychological capital suitable for tunnel engineering environment is determined.Collecting data through literature research and questionnaires,using structural equation modeling method,a cross-level theoretical model of the influence of psychological capital on safety behavior with safety climate as the moderate variable is constructed.Taking 310 tunnel workers as research samples,SPSS 22.0,HLM 6.0 and Mplus 7.0 are used to test the theoretical model and the corresponding research hypotheses.The results show that self-efficacy,resilience,self-regulating and calmness have a significant positive impact on safety behavior.Among these influences,calmness has the highest impact on safety behavior;The safety climate plays a significant role in regulating the relationship between self-efficacy,resilience,self-regulation and calmness and worker safety behavior.Among them,the safety climate has the most significant effect on the relationship between calmness and safety behavior.
