隧道工人心理资本构成及对安全行为的影响

PsyCap Composition of Tunnel Workers and Its Impact on Safety Behavior

为了有针对性地测量我国隧道工人心理资本水平,在汇总、分析国内外心理资本量表的基础上,编制适合中国国情的隧道工人心理资本量表。通过文献分析等方法得到隧道工人心理资本的五维结构(自我效能、希望、韧性、乐观、冷静)和初始测量题项;本文先后进行题目筛选、信度分析以及探索性因子分析,形成隧道工人心理资本量表,量表中包含23个正式题项。采用Mplus7.0进行验证性因子分析,使用大样本收集问卷数据并分析。最后分析了隧道工人心理资本对自身安全行为的影响机理。研究表明:编制的量表可用于隧道工人心理资本水平的测量,测量结果对于提高隧道工人心理资本水平、预防不良心理提供依据;隧道工人心理资本对安全参与行为有显著影响,对安全遵从行为不具有显著影响。

In order to measure the PsyCap level of tunnel workers in China,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the PsyCap scales at home and abroad,the PsyCap scale of tunnel workers suitable for China’s national conditions is compiled.The five-dimension structure(self-efficacy,hope,resilience,optimism,and calmness)of the PsyCap of the tunnel workers and the initial measurement items are obtained through literature analysis and other methods.This article has carried out the screening of items,reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis to form a psychological capital scale for tunnel workers.The scale contains 23 formal items.Confirmatory factor analysis is performed using Mplus 7.0,and large sample test questionnaire data is used for analysis.Finally,the mechanism of the influence of tunnel workers’psychological capital on their own safe behavior is analyzed.The research shows that the compiled scale can be used to measure the PsyCap level of tunnel workers,and the measurement results provide a basis for improving the PsyCap level of tunnel workers and preventing bad psychology.The PsyCap of tunnel workers has a significant impact on safety participation behavior and does not have a significant impact on safety compliance behavior.
