摘要
本文运用SPSS21.0分析软件对问卷统计结果进行因子分析,以求得影响物流管理本科专业应用型人才培养质量的主要因素.模型评价结果表明,影响最显著的因素是学生课外兼职实践的企业数量、校内实训场地面积、校外实训基地数量、实际开设的校内实训教学学时总数、实际开设的校外实践教学学时总数;其次是“双师型”教师人数与硕士与博士学历教师所占比例;第三是学生上课出勤率.最后提出了提升物流管理本科专业应用型人才培养质量的对策建议.
In order to obtain the main factors that affect the quality of application-oriented talents’ training for undergraduates majoring in logistics management,this paper used SPSS21.0 analysis software to conduct factor analysis on the statistical results of the questionnaire.The model evaluation results showed that the most significant factors are the number of enterprises in which students practice part-time jobs after class,acreage of on-campus training ground,number of off-campus training bases,total practical teaching hours actually set up in the school,and total hours of practical teaching actually opened outside school.The second most significant factors are the number of double-qualified teachers and the proportion of teachers with master’s or doctor’s degree.The third most significant factor is the attendance rate of students.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of application-oriented talents ’ training for logistics management major.
