加强领导干部政德建设对加强党的政治建设提升领导干部执政能力、党应对风险考验巩固党的执政地位、构建良好的政治生态完成党的历史使命具有重大意义,要从外在他律加强以“忠”为核心的德政建设、以“勤”为核心的勤政建设、以“廉”为核心的廉政建设,并重在从内在自律强化领导干部政德修炼,从而整体提升领导干部政德水平。

The emphasis is placed on strengthening the practice of political morality of cadres from internal self-discipline so as to improve the level of political ethics of cadres as a whole.
