“乡村振兴”视野下农村党员的思想现状及对策

当前,我国正在大力实施“乡村振兴”战略。农村党员是农村社会的骨干分子,是实施“乡村振兴”战略的重要依靠力量,他们思想状况的好坏将直接影响“乡村振兴”的进程。调研发现,农村党员的思想状况在总体较好的情况下,也发生了一些新的变化,一些党员宗旨意识淡漠,组织纪律观念不强、角色意识弱化。这些问题的出现,是多方面因素共同作用的结果,但党员教育作用发挥不明显,党员教育效果不佳是其中最为重要的原因。针对农村党员这一思想现状,应当通过加强理想信念教育,增强教育针对性和层次性,创新信息网络条件下党员教育形式和手段,以及建立健全完善的领导机制、运行机制、评估机制和保障机制等方式,有针对性地搞好农村党员思想政治教育,为“乡村振兴”战略的全面顺利实施提供强大的政治保证。

Rural party members are the backbone of rural society and an important relying force for the implementation of the strategy. The quality of their ideological conditions will directly affect the process of“rural revitalization”. It is found in investigations that under the overall good situation, some new changes have taken place in the ideological situation of rural party members. Some party members and cadres have wavered in their ideals and beliefs, their sense of purpose is indifferent, the concept of organizational discipline is indifferent, and their sense of role has been weakened. The emergence of these problems is the result of the joint action of many factors, but the role of party members’education is not obvious, and the effect of party members’ education is poor. In view of the present situation of the thought of rural party members, we should do a good job in the ideological and political education of rural party members by making the ideal and belief objectives concrete, strengthening the pertinence and hierarchy of education, innovating the forms and means of party member education under the condition of information network, and establishing a sound leadership mechanism, operation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism. It provides a strong political guarantee for the comprehensive and smooth implementation of the strategy.
