政校行企协同创新模式下应用型本科院校实践教学团队建设对策

Countermeasures to the Construction of Practical Teaching Team in Applicationoriented Colleges under the Mode of Cooperative Innovation between Government, School and Enterprise

结构合理、素质优良、能满足应用型本科教育发展需要的实践教学团队建设,是各应用型本科院校亟需解决的重要课题。以四川文理学院为视角,从分析政校行企协同创新融入应用型本科院校专业实践教学团队建设的意义入手,在政府引导、学校主体、行业指引和企业主导的政校行企协同创新模式下,构建了应用型本科院校专业实践教学团队建设的标准模型,并在此基础上,积极探索提出了政校行企协同创新模式下的应用型本科院校专业实践教学团队建设的思路和对策。

The construction of practical teaching team with reasonable structure, good quality and meeting the needs of the development of application-oriented undergraduate education is an important issue to be solved by application-oriented universities. In this paper, in the perspective of Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences, Starting from the analysis of the significance of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises into the construction of professional practical teaching team of application-oriented universities. Under themode of collaborative innovation between them, that is, government guidance, school body, Industry guidelines and corporate dominance, the standard model of the construction of professional practice teaching team in applied universities was established. And on that basis, this paper put forward the ideas and countermeasures to the construction of professional practice teaching team in the application-oriented universities under themode of collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises.
