舰艇新型平衡变压器及其应用

摘要 针对舰船电力系统带单相负载运行引起的三相不平衡问题,首先设计了一种适用于舰艇电力系统的新型平衡变压器,给出了变压器的基本结构,并推导出其数学模型,分别建立了电磁关系和原副边电流关系,有限元仿真证明了所设计的平衡变压器能够实现两相对称系统到三相对称系统的转换,验证了理论推导的正确性;然后,提出了一种基于新型平衡变压器的舰船单相负载供电方式,开展了MATLAB仿真,结果表明:应用平衡变压器后电网电流不平衡度更低,负序特性更好;最后,研制了1 kW实验样机,并进行了性能测试,实验结果与理论分析、仿真结果是一致的。 Aiming at the three-phase unbalance problem caused by single-phase load operation of ship power system, a new type of balance transformer suitable for ship power system is designed whereby the transformer connection scheme is given, and its electromagnetic relationship and the relationship between primary current and secondary current are derived. It is proved that the designed balance transformer can realize the conversion of two-phase symmetrical system to a three-phase symmetrical system. And the correctness of theoretical derivation is verified by finite element simulation. Then, a single-phase load power supply method based on the new balanced transformer is established. The simulation results of MATLAB show that the grid current imbalance is lower and the negative sequence characteristics are better with the application of balance transformer. Finally, a 1kW experimental prototype is developed for performance testing. The experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis and simulation results.
