全桥MMC型直流融冰装置试验技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 全桥模块化多电平换流器(MMC)型直流融冰技术作为一种较为新颖的技术,相比晶闸管型直流融冰技术更加复杂,相关的试验技术研究还处于起步阶段,因此需要全面的试验以确保装置设计制造的可靠性。鉴于上述原因,本文对全桥MMC型直流融冰装置试验技术进行了深入分析研究,提出了一套完整的针对这类融冰兼STATCOM装置的试验、测试技术。首先介绍了基于该融冰技术的基本工作原理,其次设计了融冰装置的试验方法,最后,在PSCAD中进行仿真,并以国内首套移动式全桥MMC型直流融冰兼STATCOM装置为例,验证了试验技术的正确性。 The full bridge modular multilevel converter(MMC) DC deicing technology,as a kind of novel technology,is more complicated over that of thyristor.Its related testing technology is still under initial stage;therefore comprehensive test is needed to assure the manufacturing reliability of the device.In view of above reason,in this paper,the testing technology of type MMC DC deicing device is analyzed and studied in detail,and a complete set of testing technology for this kind of deicing and STATCOM device.The basic operating principle based on the deicing technology is introduced firstly,then,the testing method for the de-icing device is designed.Finally,the simulation is performed in PSCAD and the correctness of the testing technology is verified with the first set of mobile full bridge MMC DC deicing technology and STATCOM device as example.
