并网滤波电抗器温度场测试能量回馈电源研究

摘要 温度场测试是并网滤波电抗器设计的重要环节,该过程要求流过电抗器的基波电流大小可控、开关纹波频率可调,同时尽可能减小功耗,这对温度场测试电源提出了更高要求。为此,本文设计了一种能量回馈型温度场测试电源。基于背靠背PWM变流器主电路拓扑,深入分析了测试电源控制方案,给出的变流器控制器参数与被测电抗器电感量和开关频率之间的关系式,为控制器参数在线修正提供参考,以实现不同电感量或不同开关频率条件下的并网滤波电抗器温度场测试。同时,建立了测试电源输入输出电流与网侧电流之间的数学模型,为能量回馈测试方法的节能评估提供理论依据。最后,搭建测试电源实验系统,其结果证实了理论分析的正确性。 Temperature field measurement is an important step in the design of grid-connected filter reactor,which requires the fundamental current passed reactor to be controllable,the switching frequency of ripple to be adjustable,the power losses to be reduced as much as possible and higher requirement for the test power of temperature filed is put forward.Therefore,kind of a power device with energy feedback for temperature field measurement is designed.Based on the main circuit topology of back-to-back PWM converter,the control proposal for the test power is analyzed deeply,the relationship among the control parameters of converter controller,the inductance of the tested reactor and switching frequency is given so to provide online correction for the controller parameter and achieve temperature field test of grid filter at different capacitance or different switching frequency.Meanwhile,the mathematical model between input & output current of the tested power and grid side current is set up so to provide evidence for the energy saving assessment of the energy feedback test method.Finally,the experimental system of testing power is set up and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is analyzed by its result.
