重症监护室心脏手术患者的呼吸道护理策略

Respiratory Tract Nursing Strategy of Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery in Intensive Care Unit

目的:研究重症监护(ICU)心脏手术患者的呼吸道护理的临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月在笔者所在医院接受心脏手术的ICU患者84例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为A组42例和B组42例。B组采用常规护理策略,A组采用集束化护理策略。对两组护理满意度、机械通气、ICU停留时间及VAP发生时间进行比较。结果:A组护理总满意度为95.24%,高于B组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组机械通气、ICU停留时间均短于B组,VAP发生时间晚于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理策略应用于ICU心脏手术患者中具有较好的临床效果,值得应用及推广。

Objective: To study the clinical value of respiratory care in patients undergoing cardiac surgery in intensive care unit (ICU). Method: A total of 84 ICU patients who underwent heart surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as observation objects, and were divided into group A (n=42) and group B (n=42) by random number table method. Routine nursing strategy was adopted in group B, and cluster nursing strategy was adopted in group A. Nursing satisfaction, mechanical ventilation, ICU residence time and VAP occurrence time were compared between the two groups. Result: The total nursing satisfaction of group A was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than 78.57% of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The residence time of ICU in group A was shorter than that in group B, and the occurrence time of VAP in group A was later than that in group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of intensive nursing strategy in ICU patients with heart surgery has a good clinical effect, worthy of application and promotion.
