依那普利联合利尿剂治疗急诊高血压危象的效果

Efficacy of Enalapril Combined with Diuretics in the Treatment of Emergency Hypertensive Crisis

目的:分析对急诊高血压危象(HC)患者应用依那普利联合利尿剂治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月急诊收治的HC患者70例,随机分为参照组和研究组,各35例。参照组以依那普利治疗,研究组应用依那普利联合利尿剂治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血压变化及治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后1、6、12 h的SBP、DBP均低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组SBP、DBP在治疗后1、6、12 h逐渐降低(P<0.05);参照组治疗后1、6、12 h的SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后1、6 h的SBP、DBP均高于参照组(P<0.05),治疗后12 h低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊HC患者应用依那普利联合利尿剂治疗可实现平稳降压,并能提高治疗效果。

Objective: To analyze the effect of Enalapril combined with diuretics in emergency hypertensive crisis (HC) patients. Method: A total of 70 patients with HC admitted to emergency department from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into reference and research group, with 35 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with Enalapril, while the research group was treated with Enalapril combined with diuretics. The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Result: The SBP and DBP at 1, 6 and 12 h after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The SBP and DBP in the study group decreased gradually at 1, 6 and 12 h after treatment (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in SBP and DBP between 1, 6 and 12 h after treatment in the reference group (P>0.05). The SBP and DBP of the research group were higher than the reference group at 1 and 6 h after treatment (P<0.05), which was lower than the reference group at 12 h after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Enalapril combined with diuretics in the treatment of emergency HC can achieve stable hypotension and improve the therapeutic effect.
