摘要
目的:探究优质护理模式应用于高龄脑梗死患者的效果。方法:本次试验对象均选自2018年4月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的72例高龄脑梗死患者,随机分成试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),对照组进行一般护理,基于此,试验组进行优质护理,对比两种护理方案的成效。结果:在患者护理总满意度上,试验组的94.44%和对照组的77.78%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的SF-36评分和住院时间对比,试验组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理模式应用于高龄脑梗死患者的效果较好,能够明显提升患者护理满意度和生活质量,加速其康复速度。
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing mode on elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Method:From April 2018 to March 2019,72 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=36)and the control group(n=36).The control group took general care,based on this,and the experimental group took quality care.The effectiveness of the two treatment programs was compared.Result:In the total nursing satisfaction of patients,94.44%of the experimental group and 77.78%of the control group had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference of SF-36 score and hospitalization time between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The highquality nursing model is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve patient satisfaction and quality of life and accelerate their recovery.
