综合性护理干预对宫颈癌术后患者心理状态及下肢静脉血栓发生的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Mental State and Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Cervical Cancer after Operation

目的:探讨给予宫颈癌术后患者采用综合性护理干预对其心理状态及下肢静脉血栓发生的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的84例宫颈癌术后患者为研究对象。于2018年5-11月未开展综合性护理干预时收治的42例患者纳为常规组,于2018年12月-2019年5月开展综合性护理干预后收治的42例患者纳为干预组。常规组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用综合性护理干预。观察两组护理前后的心理状态指标(焦虑评分和抑郁评分)、生存质量评分及下肢静脉血栓的发生情况。结果:护理前两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,干预组焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后干预组生活质量各项评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组下肢静脉血栓发生率(2.38%)明显低于常规组(14.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予宫颈癌术后患者采用综合性护理干预的临床效果显著,能够改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量,有利于预防术后下肢静脉血栓的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental state and lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with cervical cancer after operation.Method:From May 2018 to May 2019,84 patients with cervical cancer after operation were selected as the study subjects.A total of 42 patients admitted to the routine group without comprehensive nursing intervention from May to November 2018,and 42 patients admitted to the intervention group after comprehensive nursing intervention from December 2018 to May 2019.Routine nursing intervention was used in the routine group and comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the intervention group.The mental state index(anxiety score and depression score),quality of life score and the incidence of venous thrombosis in lower limbs were observed before and after nursing.Result:There was no significant difference in anxiety score and depression score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The anxiety score and depression score of the intervention group after nursing were lower than those of the conventional group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the routine group.The differences were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of venous thrombosis in the intervention group(2.38%)was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(14.29%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for cervical cancer patients after operation is remarkable.It can improve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve their quality of life and prevent the occurrence of lower limb venous thrombosis after operation.
