目标导向液体治疗对老年髋部骨折术的影响

The Effect of Goal-directed Fluid Therapy on Hip Fracture in Elderly Patients

目的:探究对老年髋部骨折术采用目标导向液体治疗(GDFT)的效果。方法:研究对象为笔者所在医院2016年4月-2018年4月收治的60例髋关节置换术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各30例。对照组给予传统输液治疗行术中补液,观察组给予目标导向液治疗,对两组术中情况进行分析。结果:观察组术后SV、CO均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后SBP、DBP、MAP均降低,且观察组下降幅度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对道老年髋部骨折患者在治疗中采用目标导向液体治疗的效果良好,可有效改善患者的相关指标,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of target-directed fluid therapy on hip fracture in elderly patients.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional infusion treatment for intraoperative fluid infusion,while the observation group was given target-oriented fluid treatment.The intraoperative situation of the two groups was analyzed.Result:The postoperative SV and CO in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SBP,DBP and MAP of the two groups decreased,and the descending amplitude of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Target-directed fluid therapy is effective in the treatment of elderly hip fracture.It can effectively improve the related indicators of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
