冷冻与CO2超脉冲激光对皮肤疣治疗效果的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冷冻与CO2超脉冲激光在皮肤疣临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年7月-2018年10月收治的108例皮肤疣患者,分为观察组(CO2超脉冲激光治疗)和对照组(冷冻治疗),各54例,观察两组治疗恢复情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(92.59%)高于对照组(77.78%),不良反应发生率(11.11%)、复发率(9.26%)均低于对照组(25.93%、24.07%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮损消退时间为(20.15±4.02)d,症状完全消失时间为(25.81±3.64)d,均早于对照组的(29.18±5.31)、(34.39±3.91)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冷冻与CO2超脉冲激光在皮肤疣临床治疗中均有着良好的应用疗效,但CO2超脉冲激光在疗效和安全性方面有着显著的优势。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cryotherapy and superpulsed CO2 laser in the treatment of skin warts.Method:A total of 108 patients with skin warts admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study,which were divided into the observation group(superpulsed CO2 laser treatment)and the control group(cryotherapy),54 cases each group.The treatment recovery of the two groups was observed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.59%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%),the incidence of adverse reactions(11.11%)and the recurrence rate(9.26%)were lower than those in the control group(25.93%,24.07%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The regression time of skin lesions in the observation group was(20.15±4.02)days,and the complete disappearance time of the symptoms was(25.81±3.64)days,which was earlier than(29.18±5.31)days,(34.39±3.91)days in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cryopreservation and superpulsed CO2 laser have good application effect in the clinical treatment of skin warts,but superpulsed CO2 laser has significant advantages in efficacy and safety.
