产后康复治疗仪联合电磁波治疗器对剖宫产产妇产后恢复的影响

Effects of Postpartum Rehabilitation Instrument Combined with Electromagnetic Wave Curer on Postpartum Recovery of Puerperae Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的:探究剖宫产产妇产后恢复中使用产后康复治疗仪联合电磁波治疗器的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月-2018年10月在笔者所在医院接受产后恢复治疗的79例剖宫产产妇临床资料,依据产后恢复方式的不同将其分为常规组(n=35)与联合组(n=44)。常规组采用常规方式,联合组采用产后康复治疗仪联合电磁波治疗器。比较两组产妇产后乳房胀痛及伤口愈合情况,以及肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、产后恶露持续时间及乳汁始动时间。结果:联合组产妇乳房胀痛程度及剖宫产伤口愈合情况均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组产妇产后恶露持续时间短于常规组,肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及乳汁始动时间均明显早于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后康复治疗仪联合电磁波治疗器可以促进剖宫产产妇产后恢复进程,减轻产妇痛苦,改善产妇情况,临床应用价值良好。

Objective:To explore the effects of postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with electromagnetic wave curer on postpartum recovery of puerperae undergoing cesarean section.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on postpartum recovery data of 79 puerperae who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018.According to different postpartum recovery methods,the patients were divided into the conventional group(n=35)and the combined group(n=44).The conventional group adopted the routine methods,and the combined group adopted postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with electromagnetic wave curer.The postpartum breast pain and wound healing,the time of anal exhaust,the time of first getting out of bed,duration of postpartum lochia and milk starting time were compared between the two groups.Result:The degree of breast pain and wound healing of cesarean section in the combined group were better than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of postpartum lochia in the combined group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the time of anal exhaust,the time of first getting out of bed,milk starting time were significantly earlier than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum rehabilitation instrument combined with electromagnetic wave curer can promote postpartum recovery process of puerperae undergoing cesarean section,reduce puerpera pain,and improve puerpera condition,and has good clinical application value.
