摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病多重一对一健康教育对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、自我管理行为的影响。方法:抽取2016年8月-2017年1月笔者所在社区中心管理的2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为试验组30例和对照组30例。试验组接受多重一对一健康教育,对照组接受常规健康教育,比较两组干预前后血糖控制及自我管理能力的差异。结果:试验组每重教育后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及自我管理能力评分均优于教育前,三重教育后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及自我管理能力评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病多重一对一健康教育能明显改善2型糖尿病患者血糖指标,提高自我管理能力。
Objective:To investigate the effects of health education by multiple one-to-one on type 2 diabetes in urban and rural communities.Method:A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes managed by our community center from August 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The experimental group received health education by multiple one-to-one,while the control group received routine health education.The differences of blood glucose control and self-management ability between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result:The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,self-management ability score in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,self-management ability score after triple education were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education by multiple one-to-one can significantly improved the blood glucose indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes and can improve self-management ability.
