达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Diane-35 Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨达英-35(炔雌醇环丙孕酮)联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法:将2016年12月-2019年3月在笔者所在医院治疗的78例PCOS患者随机分为两组,甲组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,乙组在此基础上加用二甲双胍治疗,比较两组治疗效果差异。结果:治疗前两组睾酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素、促卵泡素比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后乙组各项指标水平均低于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组不良反应发生率低于甲组,治疗总有效率高于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗PCOS,能有效改善患者的性激素水平,减少不良反应发生,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Diane-35(Estradiol cycloprodroxyprogesterone)combined with Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:Seventy-eight patients with PCOS treated from December 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The group A was treated with Estradiol cycloprodroxyprogesterone and Cycloproterone,and group B was treated with Metformin on this basis.The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups of testosterone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of all indexes in group B were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that of group A and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with Estradiol cycloprogesterone in the treatment of PCOS can effectively improve the level of sex hormones,reduce adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect.
