肛瘘切开术与切除术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的价值探讨

The Value of Anal Fistula Incision and Resection in the Treatment of Low Simple Anal Fistula

目的:探讨肛瘘切开术与切除术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘的疗效。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年8月笔者所在医院收治的116例低位单纯性肛瘘患者,按随机数字表法分为切开组(58例)和切除组(58例)。切除组采取肛瘘切除术治疗;切开组采取肛瘘切开术治疗;比较不同组治疗效果。结果:切开组患者手术时间、肛门功能评分及愈合时间均明显低于切除组(P<0.05)。切开组患者术后24、72 h疼痛VAS评分及疼痛持续时间均明显低于切除组(P<0.05)。切开组患者远期复发率明显高于切除组(P<0.05)。结论:与肛瘘切除术相比,肛瘘切开术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘具有手术时间短、术后疼痛轻及恢复快等特点,但远期复发率较高。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of anal fistula incision and resection in the treatment of low simple anal fistula.Method:A total of 116 patients with low simple anal fistula admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into incision group(58 cases)and resection group(58 cases).In incision group,patients were given anal fistula resection.In study group,patients were given anal fistula incision.The therapeutic effects of different groups were compared.Result:The operation time,anal function score and healing time in the incision group were significantly lower than those in the resection group(P<0.05).The VAS score at 24 h and 72 h after operation and duration of pain in the incision group were significantly less than those in the resection group(P<0.05).The long-term recurrence rate in the incision group was significantly higher than that in the resection group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with anal fistula resection,anal fistula incision for low simple anal fistula has the characteristics of shorter operation time,less pain and faster recovery,but the long-term recurrence rate is higher.
