俞募配穴埋线治疗慢性放射性肠炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of the Back-Shu and Front-Mu Acupoints Embedding Treatment for Chronic Radioactive Enteritis

目的:探讨俞募配穴埋线治疗慢性放射性肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的慢性放射性肠炎患者80例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用俞募配穴埋线治疗。比较两组治疗前后大便次数、便血情况、大便正常情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,对照组大便次数及便血均多于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后大便改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:俞募配穴埋线治疗慢性放射性肠炎效果十分理想,患者临床症状改善明显,治疗总有效率较高,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints embedding treatment in the treatment of chronic radioactive enteritis.Method:A total of 80 cases of chronic radioactive enteritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints embedding treatment on the basis of the control group.The frequency of stools,hematochezia,normal stools and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the frequency of stools and hematochezia in the control group were more than those of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of stool in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints embedding treatment in the treatment of chronic radioactive enteritis is very ideal,the clinical symptoms of the patients are improved significantly,the total effective rate of treatment is higher,and it is worth promoting for clinical application.
