安宫黄体酮联合甲状腺素片对卵巢早衰患者的有效性及免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of Provera Combined with Thyroxine Tablets in Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure and Influence on Immune Function

目的:探讨安宫黄体酮联合甲状腺素片对卵巢早衰患者的有效性及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2017年12月-2018年12月卵巢早衰患者80例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予激素替代疗法联合安宫黄体酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用甲状腺素片治疗。治疗后对患者治疗效果进行评估,比较两组治疗前后激素水平及免疫功能指标。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前激素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后FSH、LH水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前免疫功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后CD8^+水平显著低于对照组,CD4^+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将安宫黄体酮联合甲状腺素片用于卵巢早衰患者中能提高患者免疫功能,增强治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Provera combined with Thyroxine Tablets in patients with premature ovarian failure and influence on immune function.Method:A total of 80 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was given hormone replacement therapy combined with Provera,and the observation group was treated with Thyroxine Tablets on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the treatment effect of the patients was evaluated,and the hormone levels and the immune function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hormone levels before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,FSH and LH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of immune function before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD8+level in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the CD4+level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Provera combined with Thyroxine Tablets in patients with premature ovarian failure can improve the patient’s immune function and enhance the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
