医养结合护理模式对多病共存老年患者自护能力及生存质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Mode on Self-care Ability and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Multiple Diseases

目的:探讨医养结合护理模式对多病共存老年患者自护能力及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年3月于笔者所在医院治疗的多病共存老年患者共205例,随机分为医养组和对照组,医养组采用医养结合护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,评估两组自护能力及生存质量。结果:医养组自护能力及生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医养结合护理模式对多病共存老年患者自护能力及生存质量均有着积极的影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing care model on self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with multiple diseases.Method:From April 2017 to March 2019,205 elderly patients with multiple diseases were selected and divided into two groups:the medical care group and the control group.The medical care group adopted the integrated medical care model,and the control group adopted the conventional nursing model,the self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups was evaluated.Result:The self-care ability and quality of life score of the medical group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of medical care and nursing mode has a positive impact on the self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with multiple diseases.
