Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Neonatal Umbilical Nursing

目的:分析新生儿脐部护理中优质护理服务的运用效果。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2018年3月出生的新生儿110例,遵循随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用优质护理,比较脐部并发症发生率、脐带脱落时间、家属满意度。结果:试验组脐部并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组脐带脱落时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可有效缩短新生儿脐带脱落时间,降低脐部并发症发生率,安全有效,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing service in neonatal umbilical nursing.Method:A total of 110 neonates born in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 in the hospital were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group used high quality nursing to compare the incidence of umbilical complications,umbilical cord shedding time,and family satisfaction.Result:The incidence of umbilical cord complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The umbilical cord shedding time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can effectively shorten the time of umbilical cord shedding and reduce the incidence of umbilical cord complications.It is safe and effective,and worth learning.
