辅助生殖专科护理在提高不孕症患者周期就诊依从性、自我管理能力及自我效能感中的作用

The Role of Assisted Reproductive Specialist Nursing in Improving Cycle Consultation Compliance, Self-management Ability and Self-efficacy of Infertility Patients

目的:研究辅助生殖专科护理在提高不孕症患者周期就诊依从性、自我管理能力及自我效能感中的作用。方法:研究对象选取2017年2月-2018年5月收治的96例不孕症患者,采用随机数字分组法将所有研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用常规护理操作,观察组采用辅助生殖专科护理。比较两组就诊依从性、周期自我管理能力评分、自我效能感评分。结果:观察组就诊依从性为95.83%,高于对照组的79.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组周期自我管理能力评分及自我效能感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项评分均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辅助生殖专科护理能够提高不孕症患者周期就诊依从性及自我管理能力,提升患者自我效能感,有利于患者诊疗,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To study the role of assisted reproductive specialist nursing in improving the cycle consultation compliance,self-management ability and self-efficacy of infertility patients.Method:A total of 96 infertility patients were selected from February 2017 to May 2018.All the subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number grouping method,48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while those in the observation group were given assisted reproductive specialist nursing.The patients’compliance,cycle self-management ability score,self-efficacy score of two groups were compared.Result:The compliance of patients in the observation group was 95.83%,higher than that in the control group(79.16%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cycle self-management ability score and self-efficacy score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Assisted reproductive specialty nursing can improve the periodic consultation compliance and self-management ability of infertility patients,enhance the self-efficacy of patients,and is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of patients.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
