雷公藤多甙片联合序贯透析治疗肾病综合征顽固性水肿的临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical Study of Tripterygium Wilfordii Combined with Sequential Dialysis in the Treatment of Refractory Edema of Nephrotic Syndrome

摘要 目的:探究肾病综合征(NS)顽固性水肿治疗中雷公藤多甙片联合序贯透析的临床效果。方法:随机抽取81例NS顽固性水肿患者经简单随机化方式分为对照组(39例)、研究组(42例)。对照组经序贯透析治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予用雷公藤多甙片治疗。比较治疗前后两组24 h尿蛋白(Upro)、肾功能指标、治疗效果、安全性。结果:治疗前两组24 h尿蛋白(Upro),尿肾损伤因子-1(KIM-1)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)等尿肾功能指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论:NS顽固性水肿治疗中雷公藤多甙片联合序贯透析可降低24 h Upro,减少肾损伤,提升治疗效果,且安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Tripterygium Wilfordii combined with sequential dialysis in the treatment of refractory edema of nephrotic syndrome(NS).Method:A total of 81 patients with NS refractory edema were randomly divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(42 cases).The control group was treated with sequential dialysis,and the study group was treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii on the basis of the control group.The 24 h Upro,renal function index before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in 24 h Upro,urinary KIM-1 and urinary NAG levels before treatment,which were decreased after treatment,which of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in either group.Conclusion:In the treatment of NS refractory edema,Tripterygium Wilfordii combined with sequential dialysis can reduce 24 h Upro,reduce renal damage,improve treatment effect,and have high safety.
