佛手定痛汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗紧张性偏头痛的效果及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Addition and Subtraction of Foshou Dingtong Decoction Combined with Flunarizine in the Treatment of Tension Migraine

目的:探讨佛手定痛汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗紧张性偏头痛的效果,并分析安全性。方法:应用随机数字表法将笔者所在科室2018年3-12月收治的100例紧张性偏头痛患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组给予佛手定痛汤加减+氟桂利嗪治疗。治疗15 d后检测患者头痛情况和脑部基底动脉血流情况,评价两种治疗方法的效果;及时监测患者的各种不良反应,计算不良反应发生率并分析安全性。结果:两组治疗后头痛次数、头痛持续时间、VAS评分均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组脑部基底动脉血流量均较治疗前增加,且观察组增加幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为86.00%,显著高于对照组的62.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%,显著低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:佛手定痛汤加减联合氟桂利嗪能够有效治疗紧张性偏头痛,且用药安全。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of addition and subtraction of Foshou Dingtong Decoction combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of tension migraine and to analyze its safety.Method:A total of 100 patients with tension migraine admitted to the our department from March to December 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Flunarizine,and the observation group was given addition and subtraction of Foshou Dingtong Decoction+Flunarizine.The headache and cerebral basilar artery blood flow were detected after 15 d of treatment,and the efficacy of the two treatment methods was evaluated.The various adverse reactions were timely monitored,and the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated and the safety was analyzed.Result:The number of headache,duration of headache and VAS scores in both groups were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cerebral basilar artery blood flow in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.00%,which was significantly higher than 62.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 12.00%,which was significantly lower than 32.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Addition and subtraction of Foshou Dingtong Decoction combined with Flunarizine can effectively treat tension migraine and the drug is safe.
