牙齿残根保存修复与种植修复的效果对比

Effects Comparison on Preservation and Repair of the Root of Teeth and Restoration of Planting

目的:研究牙齿残根保存修复与种植修复的对比效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年1月在笔者所在科室就诊的98例牙齿残根患者进行研究,根据红蓝双色球法将其均分为两组,各49例,对照组采用人工种植修复治疗方式,观察组采用牙齿残根保存修复治疗方式,对比两组修复效果。结果:观察组辅助发声、进食咀嚼、牙齿固定度、面部美观度等项目评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复成功率(93.9%)高于对照组(77.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.0%)低于对照组(16.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床牙齿残根修复治疗中,采用保存修复治疗可有效改善患者的修复效果,且修复成功率较高,不良反应发生率较低,临床应用效果要略优于种植修复。

Objective:To study the effect of preservation and restoration of residual root and implant restoration of teeth.Method:A total of 98 patients with residual root of teeth who were treated in our department from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the redblue double-color ball method,each of 49 cases.The control group was treated with artificial implant restoration,while the observation group was treated with preservation and restoration of residual root of teeth,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The evaluation scores of auxiliary vocalization,eating and chewing,dental fixation and facial aesthetics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of restoration in the observation group(93.9%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.0%)was lower than that in the control group(16.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of residual root restoration,preservation repair can effectively improve the repair effect of patients,and the success rate of restoration is higher,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower,and the clinical application effect is slightly better than implant repair.
